Our New Home Warranty Team is committed to going above and beyond to serve our homeowners. Our comprehensive two-year warranty guarantees the performance of all materials and installations for a full two years, including both parts and labor on everything in the home!
Submit Warranty Service Online
To start your warranty request, please select which community you live in below. You can choose to give us a call or submit a warranty request form to notify us of any issues you are experiencing in your new home. Shortly after your request is submitted, our team will reach out to schedule a warranty appointment!
Our team will schedule meetings at the 30-day warranty orientation and 11-month check up to proactively address any issues or concerns that homeowners might have and to ensure each homeowner is completely satisfied with their new home.
Should your home be sold during the two-year period after the home is built, this warranty service is transferable to the new homeowners. It is our sincere hope that this additional coverage will give you peace of mind that we will stand by you long after you purchase a Betenbough home!

Emergency Repairs During Holidays or After Business Hours
If you experience an air conditioning, heating or plumbing emergency after hours or during weekends or holidays, please contact your regional New Home Warranty Service automated response system where there will be a recording of the appropriate service provider for you to contact based on your needs.
Processing Procedure
Once a request is received via e-mail or phone, our New Home Warranty Team will contact you as soon as possible to schedule an appointment. All appointments occur between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m., Monday – Friday.
Based on the nature of the request, an inspection appointment may be necessary to determine if the repair is covered under the warranty or deemed a home maintenance item. For requests deemed home maintenance items, the New Home Warranty Technician will offer information assistance only. Betenbough Homes does not offer routine home maintenance. However, if a service request is deemed a warranted item, one of our New Home Warranty Technicians or a Betenbough Homes Trade Partner will tend to the repair as soon as possible.
*Please note: Charges from companies you contract yourself without Betenbough Homes authorization will likely NOT be covered by the structural warranty or be reimbursed by Betenbough Homes.
