The Build Journey
Construction Deposit
When you sign your purchase agreement you’ll review all the details for your new home and provide a $1,000 construction deposit to lock in pricing.
Reinforced Foundation
Your new home’s foundation is reinforced to keep it from separating as it settles through the years. Depending on the soil composition in your region, your slab may be reinforced with rebar or post-tension cables. New home construction ensures you begin life in your new home on a solid, inspected, and warrantied foundation!
Advanced Framing
If you’ve selected a new build home, this stage includes a frame tour with your Experience Specialist to learn about our engineered roof trusses and advanced framing system. If you’re purchasing a quick move-in and still want to learn more about your home’s structure, check out this video!
Home Options Installed
The time has finally come to install your thoughtfully selected luxury design options, making your new house feel like home! Our teams will be working diligently, both inside and out, to carefully position your hand-selected brick, granite or quartz countertops, and premium plumbing and lighting fixtures until your new home is complete!
