At this meeting, you'll sign your new home agreement and provide a $1,000 construction deposit so we can lock in pricing on your new home! Then we can finally break ground on your brand-new home!
Foundation Pouring
From the moment your slab is poured, we can tell you when each remaining step of the new home construction process will happen with 99% accuracy! That means you can start planning your move-in day right away! It's not typical for the home building industry, but over the past three decades we’ve learned and adopted processes that allow us to streamline construction for the best possible experience. Our homes' foundations are formed with rebar, a metal grid that keeps the foundation from separating as they settle throughout the years. Advanced Framing

Interior Construction
This phase of construction is more lengthy than the others, and you may want to visit several times to watch the transformation unfold. Our new home construction teams will be working diligently to install your carefully selected luxury design options.
