Value Engineered Framing
Betenbough Homes changed to a streamlined framing method known as the Engineered Framing System years ago in an effort to provide homeowners in West Texas with the highest quality home at the most affordable price. By constructing a home's engineered roof trusses in a controlled environment, this value engineered framing system promises shorter construction time while lowering cost, waste and exposure to thievery or weather elements. This optimized framing construction purposefully aligns the home's engineered roof trusses and wall studs every 24 inches, ensuring structural integrity.
